Located 69 miles north of Loreto, Mulege is a hidden oasis in the Baja desert, surrounded by date palms, hummingbirds, pelicans and one of the richest seas in the world, the Sea of Cortez. Cortez Explorers has been recently taken over by Mick Chapman. Celebrating his 30th year of diving, Mick will confidently show you the dive spots of Mulegé and the surrounding area. Mick is trained as a PADI Course Director, the highest level of the diving professional ladder. His love of diving is infectious to all those who have been taught by him. Indeed, many of his students have followed him around the world to continue their diving education.
